Château Bouscaut Grand Cru Classé de Graves 2007, Pessac-Léognan, France - $35

This wine is a blend of 48% Merlot, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 3% Malbec. It usually retails for $35/bottle at the Austin Wine Merchant, but it was on sale for $25.99.

Aroma - dark fruit, soft cocoa
Taste - dark fruit, dark cocoa, moderate tannins, smooth

I like this wine! What a great Valentine's treat! Went great with pesto pasta/turkey/roasted tomatoes. Of course, also goes great with dark chocolate-covered blueberries!
