Anaperenna by Ben Glaetzer 2007, Barossa Valley, Australia - $60

MS and SD brought this wine over for dinner tonight. It is made from 75% dry-grown Shiraz and 25% dry-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, according to the winery's website. It ranges online from $50 to $70/bottle.

This wine was very, very rich, with a lot of dark fruit and a taste of bittersweet chocolate.

I liked it, and it went great with our Ribollita (Barefoot Contessa's recipe).
